Head of Business Development
I have spent over ten years in business as a qualified accountant, working for several owner-managed businesses in my career, ranging from six figure companies to an international multi billion dollar trade finance firm. During this career I have had the pleasure of working closely with some truly inspiring entrepreneurs, who passed on key foundational business knowledge to me.
Specific to property, I have been personally mentored by Liam Ryan and Jay Munoz, who are the founders of Assets for Life, one of the UK’s leading property and business education companies. Liam & Jay have been involved in over £28m worth of property & real estate deals. I will continue to work closely with Assets for Life.
The next stage of my journey is to help as many people as I can become educated in business and to partner with them to create and preserve wealth. I want to share the knowledge that I have accumulated over my lifetime for the benefit of others, to share a journey together on the path to success.
Head of Operations
Throughout Katy’s career she has held many positions that have allowed her to accumulate vast business operational experience. With a strong background in operations and marketing, Katy adds a unique perspective to Blue Wolf Assets and is a key member of the team.
On a day-to-day basis, Katy is working closely with Shaun on the business strategy of Blue Wolf Assets and also assisting Stan with the designs for the refurbishment on each project.
Stanley Mead -
Head of Construction
& Design and Co-Founder
With over 35 years of construction experience and a specialist skill set in high-quality painting and decorating, Stanley is not only co-founder of Blue Wolf Assets, but is the key person involved in the construction side of the business.
He has worked on thousands of projects across his career, ranging from small residential buildings, commercial properties and warehouses, as well as many celebrity properties.
Stanley’s extensive background means he plays the pivotal role of overseeing all projects and knows exactly what to look for when viewing a potential project. He is actively involved in the refurbishment of each project at Blue Wolf Assets.

We also work with one of the UK’s leading financial brokerage firms, who assist Blue Wolf Assets with sourcing the best finance deals available in the market place. Blue Wolf Assets has also created strong relationships with local engineers, surveyors, electricians, plumbers and other key areas that are needed on every project undertaken.
Shaun Bartle, Head of Business Development, also works closely with the UK’s largest Property Investment training company, Assets for Life and he has been personally mentored by Liam Ryan and Jay Munoz.
